Treatment Options
Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Lymphatic drainage massage is a form of gentle massage that encourages the movement of lymph fluids around the body.
Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) massage is frequently recommended by plastic surgeons during the recovery phase following cosmetic liposuction.
Deep Tissue Massage
This is a hands-on body treatment that leaves patients feeling relaxed and renewed. I love showing my patients how just a few treatments can make an enormous difference to their health.
Swedish Relaxation
Swedish massage is gentler than deep tissue massage and better suited for people interested in relaxation and tension relief. Swedish massage may help loosen up tight muscles caused by daily activities such as sitting at the computer or exercising.
Sports Massage
Sports massage is manual manipulation of the muscles geared specifically toward helping people who have physically demanding lifestyles and/or hobbies.
Prenatal Massage
Prenatal massage can help to relieve aches in your back and neck, and address leg cramps. Fewer aches and pains can lead to a better night’s sleep. Prenatal massage can also improve circulation, help reduce nervous tension, and help relieve depression or anxiety. Remember to speak with your OBGYN first to decide if prenatal massage is right for you.
